Supplements for Rolling 72s?

I feel lazy asking what has certainly been asked here before, but I’ve seen varied responses and would like to pin it down a bit better:

Is electrolyte supplementation necessary for 3 day fasts? I’ve seen people berated for skipping supplements on fasts, and others saying they really only supplement if going beyond 7 days. Does your initial health status play a role in determining this? TIA, any info is greatly appreciated! :)

Someone recommended LMNT powder in another post. I’m lazy and wasn’t going to do any mixing of my own. I got a sample pack from the manufacturer and am on my 2nd week of rolling 72s. I think they have helped alot, I mix one pack with about 32 oz of water and a squirt of Mio. Once I made it through the first 72, the rest have been fairly easy.

The nice thing about it is you can experiment and see what you need or don’t.

If you feel particularly bad, break your fast.

I do a lot of 72s. I supplement with low salt and magnesium pills on the mornings of days 2 and 3. And have some pink salt crystals if I feel a bit off with water.
