Beginner looking for advice

Hi everyone I’m 26 F, weigh around 180 and I’m 5’2. I have a plan to do omad for 2 weeks then start a week long fast on the 3rd week. Does this sound like an okay plan? Is it too quick to throw myself into a fast like that?

That is a great plan. If you said you were jumping straight into a week-long that’d be a herculian challenge, but easing yourself into it like that is the right move.

Hell, maybe week 2 throw a few 48 hour fasts in there too!

At the end of the day, the best routine is the one you can accomplish most consistently.
