Hello, all! I’m a 27 year old white male who does 8/16 hour fasts daily and works out 3-5 times a week.
I’ve decided in 2023 I want to start doing 24 hour fasts but have some questions!
Do you recommend once a month, or once a week?
What should I eat as my first meal? I also wanted to start eating one organ meal a week(liver, tongue, hearts) but didn’t know if that was healthy to have that as my first meal off the 24 hours or not.

For Question 1, this depends on your personal goals. What is your objective? Weight loss? Autophagy?
For Question 2. I recommend low carb or keto. Eating carbs will spike your insulin and make it hard for you to keep fasting.
