Weight Loss Plan

Hi everyone, so i’m going on vacation in about 45 days. Now, I weigh about 240 pounds. I’m 19 and 5’10. I need a fasting plan to at least reach 180s. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Super easy. Start rolling 48. That means you fast totally except for snake juice for 48 hours. Break your fast with keto. Rinse and repeat until you reach your goal weight. Don’t make it any more complex than that. Just start.

There is no way you are going to lose 60 pounds in 45 days. If you go hardcore 48-72 hour fasts you might reach 200. On eating days get protein and fats. Especially fats. I am a medical student and I have seen literally a pt come to the hospital due to hormone related issues bc he didn’t eat fats. Fat is a friend in moderation. Carbs are the enemy.

Take it easy mate. Weight loss is a marathon (albeit shorter with snakediet).

Also I would recommend studying on how actually the whole weight losing works and what each macronutrient does because even if you reach 180 you need to change your eating habits (pretty much 90% of the gen pop). Our educational system is severing lacking in this department.
