Protein ice cream- get a blender- cup of water, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 serving sugar free jello pudding mix, 1 tbs xanthum gum, some stevia. Boom fantastic. Check out greg doucette’s YouTube for more.
Mixed berry pie due to the antioxidants, a crumble/cobbler since it uses one less crust compared to a pie, impossible pie since it only uses like 1/2 cup or less I believe of flour and the natural sweetness of coconut reduces the necessity of excess sugar (I have also subbed Ricotta cheese for butter and it was super tasty and creamy still). Dark chocolate goes a long way so maybe some bark with dark chocolate and almonds and crushed candy cane. Sugar free jello if you just want to cut the sweet tooth. Dip berries into yogurt or dark chocolate and freeze. Really it’s about moderation. Good luck and enjoy!
