Currently I only take collagen and a multivitamin but curious to what other people take? :)
I only take vitamin D3 for vitamins strictly.
I do take fish pills for the omega-3’s, specifically DHA and EPA as it seems that ALA conversion to DHA is bad, but it also comes with vitamin E as well.

Not daily,once a week I take a multivitamin&mineral tablet(becadexamin).It is mainly for zinc and b12&b2.Edit:Also use low sodium salt(7.8 g pottassium/100 gm) because getting enough pottassium is hard .It contributes an extra 300-400 mg of pottassium per day.
