48 hour dry fast

So I’m currently 46 hours into a 120 hour water fast with LMNT recharge for electrolytes. I (30F) am 5’6 and as of this morning 222.6 (4lb loss so far). I plan to reset with zero carbs (crab or steak) or OMAD Keto then go right into a 48 hour dry fast. Then back to another 4 day water fast.

Do you think this is a good plan? I have a good deal of body fat? I’m also looking for suggestions on keeping the weight off.

Also what are your thought on OMAD with 23 hours dry fast and 1 nutritious meal?

Answer

The danger is that you may be depleting electrolytes during the water fasts which may then exaggerate electrolytes depletion symptoms during the dry portion and the subsequent water fast.

Have you read the Russian doctors’ research on dry fasting? They don’t recommend switching from wet to dry, only dry to wet under special circumstances.
