Any day-by-day refeed guide after 30 days water fasting?

In few days, I’m about to start a 21 or 30 days fasting (depends on how my body will let met).

I need a plan please for refeeding.

First and foremost, be smart. Incorporate foods with high water content initially, such as watermelon, tomatoes, and/or bone broths. Do not eat more than one serving at a time and eat slowly, chew methodically. Move on to soft, more complex foods in the next days like Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, pickles, or even a baked potato. You want to reintroduce solid foods slowly so your body can adjust. Depending on how your body feels and if you’ve continued to have bowel movements, progress back to solid whole foods. During this entire re-feed, drink your daily amount of water. Hydration is crucial, but especially in helping your body digest food.

Listen to your body. Take it very slow if this is your first extended fast.
