After losing over 20lbs following my first fast, I’m back for more. I went from 216 to 189 and then have been hovering around 198-200 for the past two weeks.

Starting today I’ll be going for an 8 day fast and ending next Saturday when my sister gets to town. I have to clean my whole apartment so hopefully my energy doesn’t get completely zapped :)
Those are amazing results! I have similar stats as you so this is really encouraging! Did you do anything to prepare for the fast food-wise? Like change your diet before hand? Or did you just jump into a long fast?
