Hi, I’m on day 25. Pretty smooth sailing so far. Last couple of days starting to feel like first 3. Cannot wait to eat. Its more the sheer deliciousness of food than hunger! Don’t think it can be true hunger, I still have plenty of stored energy. Bodyfat is 30‰ (m. 40). Maybe its just finishing line is in sight? Any ideas/pearls of wisdom? Got to do the 28 - the whole thing is about rediscovering willpower!
I’m on day 6 and I’m thinking of doing at least 15 days. I have been living vicariously through cooking videos and mukbangs. I dont know why but I find them to be cathartic. Its eye opening how often you want to eat just because there’s food. It makes me see that I need to control my snacking when I get off my fast.
