Dryfasting for General and Mental Health

Hello,

i have no need to loose weight but i have adhd and want to manage my symptomes.

I know that this is not the cure but i would like to hear some stories of people who used it not for weight loss.

i should mention that i should not loose too much weight because i am on the lower spectrum weight wise so it would not be healthy for me to loose 5+kg

I’ve practiced fasting for about three decades. I’ve never used fasting for weight loss. In all fasting, everything improves together – the physical, emotional and psychological states.

Dry fasting is different and incredibly more powerful than water fasting. Go slow and enjoy it all. Every little bit is worth it.

Look, I know this will make very little sense but for me what helped was taking care of it gut, cutting gluten, later eating raw carrots every day (100g) and don’t use any stimulants like coffee. Fasting didn’t do anything for me on this matter.
