Ok so I’m 21 6’0 and I’m 260 right now started at 310 I’d like to get down to about 240-250 I’ve tried a few different things but can’t find anything that fits me. My son is coming up on one in about a week so you can imagine I don’t have much time to eat as it is (which helps) but I’d like some insight on meals and time frames for the most weight loss possible.

That’s a bad approach.
Instead, as yourself, what you’d give up? For example, I’ve always been one of those people who doesn’t wake up hungry. I joke my stomach likes to sleep in a couple of hours after I get up. So skipping breakfast was a snap for me.
Same with you. Breakfast or dinner? What’s the easiest for you to skip?
You can lose all the weight you need to, just in time.
Just fast for 16 hours at a set time each day and start from there.
Skip dinner, fast from lunch to breakfast.
Or skip breakfast and fast from dinner to lunch.
Don’t make it harder than it is with time frames and meal preparation and stuff.
Just start there. Cut down on sugar. Done.
It’s really up to you and not up to reddit. For me, everyday changes when i eat. I do omad but my work schedule is different everyday. I don’t eat sugar or processed carbs most of the time. The diet is really up to you.
