I’m a fatty.
20-year-old male who weighs 92kg. (Around 180cm maybe a bit taller.)
Two years ago, I used to be about 65kg which was when I had abs.
What should I do? 48s, 72s, breakfast only, longer fasts?
I’d like to dedicate the month of august to dropping as much weight as possible.
If you already had the muscle remember its easy to get back after you’ve lost it. I recomend doing rolling 72s you should be able to drop a good amount fairly easily. Just dont be discouraged if you dont see results right away just like everything itll still take time
