Gonna try to go from 210 to 185 by June 1… thoughts?

I am 210 today down from 227. I want to attempt to lose 25lbs this month and get to 185. I an doing daily cardio on treadmill for 1 hour. Snake protocol will be rolling 100 hour fasts with the first 24 hours being dry. Refeed will be one meal (I buy keto meal preps from factor75) along with 2 eggs. To curb sugar cravings Ill have 5 strawberries with 1-2 spoons of peanut butter.

Thoughts on my protol and realistically can I go from 210 to 185 in a month?

Sounds like a plan. Good luck. Please stick with it. When it mentally gets tough, you know it’s working. Assuming you’re getting enough of the salts with the snake juice. I hope you stick with it. The results will be phenomenal.

Rolling 100 hours should do the trick for sure. This month I’m trying something different. 5:2’s. I’m fasting Monday - Friday and refeeding OMAD Keto on the weekends Sat & Sun. Then fasting again Mon - Fri. Repeat. I’m pretty sure this routine should yield a 20lb weight loss result. 72s are fine but I hate stopping RIGHT when it gets easy (Day 4 &5) are always the best I ever feel. So I prefer the longer fasts for the mental & physical highs that I personally feel on them.
