I am coming up on first 72 hour mark. Was wondering should I keep pushing the fast or get in a routine?
Depends on the goal, is always good to have a clear goal. How much you weight and how tall are you? Right now I’m doing Snake diet 37, max 7 days of water fasting and a minimum of 72s. I’m trying to lose 40lbs of fat.
Having a clear goal helps you meet it, just fasting non-stop might bring you to random fasting and binge eating.
If you think you can keep going, which the fact that you are approaching 72 and asking this question now, I would keep going. You can still get in a routine of 72s and do a longer fast every other week or whatever interval works for you
