What do you do to keep motivated?

I have been doing the 16:8 fasting window for a little over a month now. Been weighing myself every other week but gave in to checking it after a week and realized I gained back 3lbs. My partner reassured me its normal for it to flux especially with the body holding water weight. But still.. what do you guys do to keep the motivation up? I am definitely in it for the long haul and know its going to take at least a year to get to my goal, but some days feels so hard :(

Clean fasting. Meaning nothing but plain water during the fast. No artificial flavors or sweeteners, no lemon or fruit infused water, no cream in coffee or tea. Just plain water. The weight started to come off immediately once I made that change.
