Here in Germany I have difficulty finding NoSalt.
People from Germany (or Europe), what do you use for electrolytes? And idiot proof buying guide would be much appreciated.
PS: I am an international here, so I may not know lots of things that are common knowledge to a German. Please be patient š
Hi - also in Germany. You can buy Dr. Jacobās Blutdruck Salz on Amazon for under 5 euros. Itās the local āNo saltā or ālow saltā. The ESN brand of magnesium is also good if you need magnesium as well.
Gerolsteinerās St. Gero Heiligwasser is also a life-saver. Super mineral rich.
Thereās Disal light salt at kaufland: [image] (https://salz.kaufen/media/catalog/product/cache/3730f30210370ea89f5540eaca85c56c/d/i/disal-leichtes-salz-vorne.png)
I use that, but I also actually supplement via supplement tablets like [these] (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0095/2274/1329/products/6_252Ff_252Fb_252F1_252F6fb15bd899e7bfa7a54edc81487797231a853aa7_19688_960x.jpg?v=16605615758) because its pretty hard to reach the recommended potassium dose just using the salt.
I used to order [these fasting salts] (https://smile.amazon.de/Fasting-salts-potassium-electrolyte-additives/dp/B07Z55FLJC?pd_rd_w=Vadtw&content-id=amzn1.sym.68aaf28a-2e15-4050-81c0-229bec170927&pf_rd_p=68aaf28a-2e15-4050-81c0-229bec170927&pf_rd_r=GWJGWVD3VZ683N629T49&pd_rd_wg=tlbUX&pd_rd_r=7b564944-ccae-4d5b-b23a-dc2e8117f9c3&pd_rd_i=B07Z55FLJC&psc=1&ref_=pd_bas_bia_rpt_ba_s_2_scfrom) from Amazon but they got too expensive for me, now I just use it if I notice electrolyte deficiency
.. Remember, Iām not at all an expert.
