I average between 2-4 lb weight loss daily when water fasting. I have only kept it 5 days max so far but am working up to 40 days before year’s end. My energy level and mood are very good during the fasts. It’s the programmed need to chew something/eat especially during the weekend that I wind up breaking the fast, not necessarily because of actual hunger.

I lost about 14 lbs on a 9 day fast. Contrary to the other posters my energy levels were pretty low and I felt fatigued but never really hungry. I notice most of the weight loss in my face and less bloating in my stomach region

I do 16:8 usually. Some days i do OMAD. I listen and don’t push too hard. If i feel crappy i go back to my regular schedule. I’m still pescatarian keto.

I eat if i have true hunger, nausea, extreme fatigue, or family engagements that require social eating. Then, i just eat as healthy as i can (healthy for me equals keto). Some people have tried my WOE and it didn’t feel good to them, there is always tweaks to fasting.

I fast on black coffee, seltzer water, and in extreme moments I will drink broth with added Lo salt.

I am currently on an undertermined extended fast at 38 hours fasted.

I’m on day 4 and have lost 10 lbs, my start weight was 160 and my current is 150.8. I plan on doing 7 days AT LEAST if I’m not happy w results I’m gonna do 14 days max. I have already noticed my stomach is smaller but I’m hoping the fat loss hits my arms and thighs too! Lol
