Low calorie protein OMAD x Snake Juice

Hey guys I’m not really into the rolling 48s and 72s for a couple of reasons and was thinking of doing OMAD for dinner + 1 pack/liter of snake juice throughout the day.

My one meal would always consist of salad/vegetables + chicken or steak or tuna

I throw in a daily lift/bit of cardio

Assuming I’d burn most of my calories from the keto meal..

Why would this diet not work/where can it go wrong?

Answer

Yup sounds perfect. I am doing the same thing.

Only word of advice is- get that fat in ya. Make sure you eat enough fat and limit carbs to 20g.

That’s what I do, maybe you can play with it if you want. But the fat makes it so you don’t crave anything until 2-3 hours before the end of your fast. If you stick to it you’ll find you can go even longer as your body adapts. And maybe in due time you could reduce hydration to a two hour hydration period after you eat.

Answer

It sounds like it’d work, just depends on how much weight you have to lose and how fast you want to lose it. You’d also lose some of the other benefits of fasting (somewhat less catabolic, autophagy, etc), but if you are mostly/just concerned with weight loss over time, have at it
