I have been intermittent fasting for a couple years now (18:6 to 16:8). I have seen some results, but theyve slowed down. So I started fasting 1 day a week as well. I have seen good results from this. I have also tried 2 day a week fasts, and I dont mind them too much either.
I dont want to change my diet, but Im open to changing when and how long I fast for.
Which method would yield better results? Id imagine more days in a row would be better?
Right now I just eat Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So I’m pretty much fasting 4 days per week plus light exercise most days. Just another suggestion. I plan to do a one day fast per week once I hit maintenance
