Ok. I’ve never considered this but am now. Is there a best way?

New to IF - where do I begin? What can I eat, when is the best time to eat? I enjoy low carb and low/no sugar (keto essentially) eating because carbs and sugar make me sick at times. For context I’m (F/41/145)

I’m new to it as well, but I’m finding it quite easy. I never feel hungry in the morning, which has probably made it easier to adjust.

I’m doing:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday as OMAD. Other days are 20-4

Maybe do a test day. Have your evening meal and see how long it is until you feel hungry in the morning. If you can last until a certain time without feeling too famished, set that as your start time and your evening meal as the end time. Do it for a while and then adjust the timings as your body starts to adjust.

There is no ‘best’, and perfectionism is the last thing you want.

Basically just try something, and take it from there.

On IF, food tolerances will typically improve, because you give the system more time to rest and recover.
