I’m currently doing 20:4 IF and have been losing some weight, however I’m eating crappy food and I doubt I’m getting all the nutrients I need. I want to find some meal inspirations to speed up my weight loss and be healthier. So, what are you favorite 1-2 meals a day? If its homemade can you include the recipe?
I love love LOVE making a big ass salad full of grilled chicken, strawberries, kale and mixed greens, Feta or blue cheese, onions, and jalapeno, with red pepper, black pepper and olive oil to top it off!
My go to suggestion is always sheet pan meals. Just a great simple way to easily cook some lean protein and ideally non-starchy veggies. If you pair that with a complex carb and use some good fat you’re basically hitting all the nutritional needs. And it’s all whole ingredients, so you have a lot of control and flexibility with it over something coming out of a box.
