Just curious if breakfast, lunch, or dinner is the preferred must-have meal here!

Ideally sone time between noon and 230 on omad…I like to leave lots of time for digestion before bed…also, I’m never distracted by hunger this way. I like waking up and not worrying about breakfast…generally pretty busy in am. Knowing I’m eating noonish kinda forces separation from work. Then I’m so damned full that food is the last thing on my mind until bed…except maybe other than thinking I’m too full
20/4 or 18/6 is generally when I’m going out…so booze plus food over multiple hours

When I first started IF the research was showing that using it for weight loss was most successful with an earlier in the day eating window (this was not talking about the other health benefits of IF).
Since I wanted to lose weight, I started with eating 7am-3pm and then as my eating window decreased always kept the end of the window in early afternoon.
Really frees up my evenings to not be focused on making/consuming/cleaning up from food.
Really rains on my social life.
