Physically demanding job help.

I’m about to start a Job I’ve wanted to get into for a very long time. But this job includes moving boxes up and down a truck ramp for anywhere from 8 to 14 hours. At my current job I’m not very active but I have felt the effects and benefits of extended fasting. What can I do to make my life easier while transitioning to a heavier workload and trying to implement extended fasts at the same time? Is this counterproductive to my success in my new job? I don’t want to sacrifice the benefits of fasting (of which I have felt a ton!) To perform well at my job. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer

You gotta eat keto/carnivore so that you stay in the fat-burning mode of metabolism (as opposed to glucose-burning). The adjustment period can be rough.

Or you can save your fasting days for the weekends
