There is so much out there on YouTube and online that I’m overwhelmed. If I wanted to start out doing a 48-72 hour fast what would be the best approach to still get nutrients? Vitamins to take? Supplement brands that can be purchased at Whole Foods or Natural Grocers that are trust worthy an quality?
I’m a big fan of coffee and tea set there. I am weird and don’t hate taking ACV shots, anything I could add to them to get more out of them?
