Weight Loss Diet Question

Hello, I’m 31 years old, 6’1” and weight 188 at my last physical, waiting for a scale to come in to be more accurate. Most of my weight is on my stomach and love handles. shooting to lose approximately 15-20 pounds and flatten out. Just ordered the snake juice packets, water, scale and keto strips. I’m planning on starting with a 2 day, 48hour fast, only drinking snake juice and seeing how long I can go. Does this sound right? I see some posts where people also eat food during certain times. I work from home, and sit mostly but do have a standing desk and can stand more often. Any advice or tips?

I might Just recommend exercise instead of this diet as you’re dead center in the healthy weight for your height. unless you’re like super slender and fat then I don’t recommend snake diet as you don’t want to go too far. I cant speak too much for other body types but I base mine off the fact Im built like a quarterback

Sounds like you are right at the edge of just needing to get ripped. Maybe consider one meal a day with exercise. But it sounds like a good plan though. Are you planning on doing rolling 48s (meaning si 48he fast eat for an hour and then go straight back into a 48hr fast)? OMAD works for me until I hit a plateau them I need to do a 3-5 day fast to get to a new level.
