Weight stagnation issue

I am an 18 year old woman trying to lose weight and I have been fasting for the past 10 days. I haven’t been eating anything and I only on occasions drink tea with milk and a little sugar. During the start of my fast, I was 189.6 lbs but later dropped down to 180.4 lbs.

After weighing myself again, I have found out that I am yoyoing with my weight. I’ll 180 one day and then later that day or the next day i’ll be 182. I’m really putting a lot into this fast because I want to lose atleast 50 lbs. I plan to do this for 30 days, but I want to make sure I’m doing this right. Also, I know some of you will ask why I don’t just exercise and I’ll let you know that right now, I have no energy nor want to do so.

BTW: I am 5’3

Did you drink 2 lbs of fluid? I can go on a 4-5lb swing in a day just depending on the timing of drinking water and urinating. You might want to consider adding some electrolytes to your water once in a while. It can help prevent the body from holding on to excess water.

Check out the website Diet Doctor. They aren’t tied to any companies and mainly provide tons of information on paleo & ketogenic diet and explains certain food you should avoid if trying to lose weight. There are loads of recipes and meal planning! I’ve lost 25 lbs thanks to finally getting all the hidden ‘sugar & fillers out of my diet. It’s amazing how sneaky the food industry is in trying to keep sugar addicted customers and hiding all the bad oil and sugar! Anyway, good luck…
