Superfood is a buzzword
What I don’t understand is why people are obsessed with getting the most nutrition out of everything. We aren’t supposed to. No animal gets optimal nutrition
Just eat normally. Lots of whole foods, homecook your meals. Literally no reason to chug weird drink mixes and load up on multivitamins
Superfoods don’t actually exist, its a marketing term. Try to look for a standard definition or criteria for them and see what you come up with. (there isn’t one) You know what’s full of antioxidants? Pinto beans. Just eat a balanced diet
Eat cacao if you like but there’s no need to be lining up ‘superfood’ drinks daily. Superfoods don’t exist, it’s just not a thing beyond being a buzzword.
For example, if you are only processed take aways but drank your cacao drink alongside each meal, would you still be healthy and reducing mortality because of the cacao?
Advice would be to just eat a well rounded diet and exercise. Don’t overthink it
