Answer

A couple hard boiled eggs - 6g per egg

Greek yogurt - most are over 10g, I really like Oikos Pro (it’s not greek tho) it’s 20g

Perfect Bar - about 14g

Nuts - per ounce 1) peanuts 7ish grams 2) almonds 6 grams 3) pistachios 5.7 grams

ETA just reread your post that you hate yogurt… so maybe disregard , unless you can force yourself for the sake of the 20g.

Also I love protein powder but it’s gotta be good quality

Answer

Chicken breast lol
ok but seriously if you can put some away in the fridge its not a bad option, just pan sear some. I’d make sure you’ve got variation

Remember, it doesn’t matter when you get your protein, so you don’t even need some in a quick snack. But you need it. I would honestly recommend stuff like caffeine and carbs for pre-workouts. there’s nothing wrong with using candy as an “in between workout” snack. it just depends on your needs

Answer

Whey powder (and casein!) is great as a high quality source of protein that doesn’t contribute many extra calories outside of its protein content. I prefer meals to protein bars, way more satisfying and satiating.
