Excluding hunger obviously 😑
I would 10day fast far more frequently if i could solve the sleep problemo. Anything past four days is pretty hard to sleep >4 hrs which sucks…yet still sharp as a tack mentally tho. Its just a generally crappy-ish feeling of meh…
I did 5 day stretches Monday-Friday for several months and I agree with others here: constantly being freezing, nausea (usually brought on by taking vitamins or electrolyte supplements on an empty stomach), heartburn because my stomach acids are so confused, and not being able to sleep. I would often have a brief hunger rumble on day 3 but otherwise hunger wasn’t an issue for me.
I didn’t get to vote but for me it’s dizziness, probably because I’m already at my set point weight beginning the fast and naturally have a low blood pressure. It makes me cautious of standing up too quick.
