In 2019 I did IF+Keto and dropped 20 lbs. I gained some and tried that routine again but my body fat refuses to go down. I logged everything I ate in Cronometer. I did exactly what I did before but I don’t get the results anymore.
I need some expert help. But I can’t ask any dietician since all of them adhere to CICO and the food pyramid. Besides Fung himself, who can help me?

Do you have a routine for IF and how long have you been practicing IF?I ask since I experimented with a few different types and a 20&4 works best for me and 16&8 didn’t do much. Extended fasts were incredibly transformative but I find I can’t sleep.
What do you drink in a day? Easiest way to break a fast is an unexpected insulin spike if you have some juice or add a little sugar to your coffee.
Do you exercise?
You mentioned Jason Fung have you read his book the complete guide to fasting? It’s a great reference. He also says to give yourself 1 month.
