On fasting days should I primarily do cardio then on feeding days should I try lifting to balance everything out
Do what feels good. You are already putting your body through new stress by fasting. Try exercising when you feel up to it. Maybe make it weights focused if you are trying to sculpt the muscles a bit to show through more. Do cardio more as you get closer to your goal date so you can see even more definition. But it doesn’t have to be more complicated than just doing what feels good. Like, ever. :)
