Answer

Should be perfectly fine as long as you aren’t underweight, malnourished going in, on medication, and keep up your electrolytes. On day 14 myself, along with a few others doing my No Food December challenge, and should get to at least 33 fasted days before I break it. I’ve had zero concerning issues so far as I’ve maintained my electrolytes well, and my energy levels have gradually improved to where I’m finally feeling like my normal self again today.

The main thing to overcome is your brain, don’t let it convince you to break your fast for some silly reason. It honestly seems like it’s all downhill from here on out now that I feel great and free from temptation. I’m even thinking about how I can squeeze a few more days in, but I’m honestly tight on time.

I’m honestly starting to think that an extended fast is the best thing I’ve ever done for my health, and can’t wait to see how I end up after this month ends.
