Just about to finish a 5 day fast in half an hour. Was originally going to go for 7 but decided I’d rather use those two days to extend a gradual refeed than continue to completely fast.

Throughout it I kept up with electrolytes, lifted heavy weights each day, and slept quite well. Scale went from 204 to 194. If even half that is actual fat loss I’d be pleased.

I’m attempting! Started last night around 8:00 pm, and if all goes well I’ll end it this Friday at around the same time.

My previous longest fast is a little over 72 hours (which I’ve done several times) so this’ll be a record for me if I get there. I’m a little scared, but I also know there’s nothing to be afraid of. If I can make it 3 days, I can make it 5, right?

I ate way too much on Saturday night/ Sunday lol so I decided to start one too. I think I last ate around 2 or 3 am and I’m looking to go at least until Thursday but ideally Friday am. Most I’ve ever done is just under 3 days but I really think I can do it. Gonna be heavily reliant of caffeine tho lol

9 more hours untill day 3 over but last night was a kind of hard due to lower blood sugar levels but today I got the aches but I feel alright for 4 hours of sleep. This is my first fast, I think most people would want to try and do 24 or 48 hour fasts before attempting 5 days.
