7 Day Dry Fast

Started a 7 day dry fast and will be updating daily. I have done prolonged water fasting in the past and went from 270-200. I had minimal loose skin in my arms. Nowhere else. I maintained this for 3 years but due to a bad accident followed by severe depression, my eating habits worsened and of course I gained weight. Restarting my journey. I am 27 y/o female 6’ tall. I rested during the first two days but I plan to move around and do housework the next few days as light cardio. I will be following up with a 14 day waterfast.

Starting weight: 317.1 Morning After Day 1: 312.3 Day 2: 305.4

Final Update: ended my dry fast after a week at 284. Did a refeed with liquid and electrolytes only (water, black coffee, bone broth, salts) for the first two days. I had a small amount of fruit about an hour ago and I’m thinking of doing another 7 day dry fast instead of a water fast. Unsure yet. Will be back in a week
