Hi all! š Iām new here, but so far this looks promising. Letās get right into it!

I would say it doesnāt compare. I have done multiple years of dry fasting dry nearly daily (one meal a day usually) and the human body just isnāt stressed the same way. I get more benefits from a 5 day dry fast in this regard, then months upon end of one day dry fasts. It also depends on what results your looking for, weight loss can be achieved and great health can easily be obtained through the carnivore diet and one meal a day but that intensity of a detox simply isnāt accomplished through shorter lengths since the second acidosis crisis happens on day 9 without water and day 3 without water roughly and these results wonāt be obtained if the body is getting nutrients each day after. One Meal a day is incredible easy though and has profound benefits in itself so I suggest everyone to try it out daily (it becomes very easy overtime where it can be done all year round without a single problem). At the same time though, for the complete affects of a dry fast, a 9-11 day would accomplish great results once per year or even a 5+ day. If anyone has any questions on daily dry fasts, i am happy to answer it
Iām doing it right now. My objective is to do one 24 hours dry fast every single week until the end of the year. I unfortunately lost the count, tho. But I think today will be week 7 (maybe).
I didnāt notice many benefits or changes to be honest. But Iām also not so optimal in my diet and other good habits yet as wellā¦ Letās see what will happens until the end of the year. At least Iām definitely building my dry fasting resistance to the times when I try longer fasts.
Iāve asked this very same question before and no one can seem to answer it. If I had to guess I would say it does for the most part but since you interrupt the autophagy by eating you probably would get a better effect with the nine continuous days. However most people including myself cannot go nine continuous days so the nine dry fasts would probably be better for most people overall in the long run.
For 9 day dry fasts, does anyone take any supplements or no? Iām just asking as I know waterfasting people do not advocate fasting without electrolytes. I prefer dry fasting but Iām just looking for more knowledge and information on what is safe.
