Almost at my big goal. Now what?

I’ve lost about 50lb so far. I’ve made it this close to my big goal weight and feel like much more comfortable in my body than I can remember, but I need advice on proceeding further.

(Progress post on IF earlier) https://www.reddit.com/r/intermittentfasting/comments/t1f36y/may_14_2020_feb_16_2022_168_w_random_omad_sw283lb/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

I made it this far with IF and eating low carb, about 1800-2000cal a day give or take, but with ‘the end’ in sight I’m starting to consider what I do next. My next big goal is to drop down to the 210-200 range, and start leaning out more and putting on some muscle, not just losing body fat, ya’know. Weight goal aside I want to full send the 6 pack physique.

Maybe this isnt the sub to be asking (I’ve heard cutting and bulking are hard to do at once) but I’m not sure if I should start up on my own version of keto (low on saturated fats and processed foods) or start a new routine regarding food and exercise.

Do I eat high protein rather than high fat? Work in healthy carbs or stay low carb? High intensity short duration workouts, or prioritize cardio over strength? I know everybody is different, but I’m eager to hear any and all suggestions. I’m 20yrs and 5’11 if those matter.

I’d say stick with low carb IF. Lots of days of 2MAD and OMAD. For exercise buy some home equipment like dumbbells and an incline bench. Build your chest, arms, shoulders, and upper back. And do tons of walking.
