Okay my success: iΒ΄ve been successfully fasting 18:6 and keeping keto diet at the same time for 7 days already! Also i got common cold at the first day and i got pms week ongoing (feeling like a shit) and i am still here and not giving up!

Also, have struggled with common cold which has already got easier and i am recovering. This pms makes my fasting harder because of moments when craving food and making me pissed off from time to time. Any tips for that? πŸ˜… didnt sleep well last night so it doesnt make this any easier.
