If you want to, go ahead. You can make your own with water, pink salt, and no salt (potassium chloride). Also try going out in the sun for some vitamin D. If you start feeling like shit, just down some liquids like water and coconut water, eat a few fruits, and continue with the fast. If that doesn’t help, do a full refeed (one hearty, healthy meal), and keep going. If you need motivation, try looking up Snake Diet on YouTube if you don’t know about the YouTube channel.
