Day 2 started out okay. I wasn’t home all day so that helped me not think about food.
It’s day 2 so now I’m starting to feel that keto flu. Nausea kicked in a few hours ago but I’m hanging in there. Kept my electrolytes in check.
I noticed I was less patient with people but kept composure and stayed polite. Haha 😂 I was just a bit more direct with people. I guess I felt a bit hangry.
But alas, I made it from the a.m. to the p.m., no food and still going strong. I’ll sleep soon so the nausea should subside. Holiday fasting sounds better to me than feeling like crap from binge eating. I’m on board. Let’s git it goood! 💪

Great! I am on my second day as well. I have some stuff to do out, so will kind of help.Planning on buying some carbonated water and make some lemon and salt water.I am aiming for a 80hr fasting. Maybe more to follow you ;)
