First timer planned on 2, currently on day 4 - what?

Hi there,

I went from keto diet to water fast (with coffee, tea, a bit of ACV). I was aiming for two days since it is my first fast ever, apart from IF 18:6. I am currently on day 4 without any major problems. I lost 1kg so far, snacking on sea and pink him salt, taking Magnesium.

I am really looking forward to eating again, but then again - seems unnecessary. Should I break the fast like after 5 days, refeed and start another one, maybe longer that time? I wouldn’t be worried if I was already experienced, but still, as a first-timer I don’t want to cause my body any major shocks…

What do you think? refeed and start again or keep going and then gently break the fast after my hunger returns?

I would say refeed. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Replenish your protein, build some muscle back with that awesomely increased HGH after this fast, and if you feel like it, start a new fast. I think you have already done great extending the fast.
