Hi! I'm 24M 5'10 with SW 285, CW 277, and GW 210.

I have been lifting for the past 4 months, mostly strength training (no cardio yet). I have kind of a stocky build, which means I have fat to cut down too. I am new to this and going for ADF. After crossing the 16/17hr mark, I feel dizzy. My job requires constant standing/walking so I find it difficult to get over that 16/17hr mark. Any thoughts/tips? I stick with water and black tea during the fast. I have been fasting a week.

The food you eat during your feeding window is vital to making sure your energy stays consistent. Consider cutting out carbs if you haven’t already. You taking pre workout and protein? Cut it out if so, you don’t need it.
