Im so tired of being overweight and unhappy with myself.

I have always been overweight for my height. I have always felt so bad about myself. The only thing that gives me happiness and results is waterfasting. Everytime i do it it’s like im becoming a whole new person. But sometimes like now i lack discipline to even start a fast.

Im a girl. My height is 160cm and i weigh 70kg. I want to be 55kg. I don’ fit my clothes anymore. Depression took the best of me. I do one meal a day, my problem is not the hunger, its mentally. I want to start from tomorrow on my fasting journey, in a healthy way. I did 7 days fast before one time and i really felt super amazing. I wasn’t hungry, i had ALOT of mental clarity and life was just so amazing. Can’t explain it.

Best advice i give people is in the beginning of your journey form the habit of going to the gym every day or every other. Even if you go for 20-30 mins and do nothing but walk on treadmill & watch tv.

The key is to form the habit of going regularly.

Over time you’ll get more comfortable with doing more. So many people kill themselves right out the gate & never go back. Just forming the habit alone you’ll be proud your doing something about it. That…along with healthier eating after your fast it should help with mood.

Now! Lol to answer your question. I personally would say it’s okay to have the Coffee with some milk or non dairy bev. Be careful of the sugar in that too though. And as far as Soda i would stay away. A lot of sugar free products tend to be worse than the real thing.

Super health freaks might say only water but i’d say anything that makes it easier to get through do it. (Except the soda lol)

All else being equal, being overweight is a lagging measure of bad eating habits.

Fix that and you will lose weight. Most people focus on the outcome instead of the process and fail.

Fasting is a great healthy way to lose weight. While fasting you can do some light exercise, like walking or dancing for fun. You can drink coffee, water and tea as much as you like. Stay away from sugar, and soda, the artificial sugars are REALLY BAD for our health

I say you’re fine drinking coffee and and tea. I personally do coffee with mct and 2 tbsp of heavy cream, no sugar. This gets me through first 24 hours. I also do electrolytes after 36 hours and at 48 hours i get through the draining stage but I lay down and go to sleep (if you can of course) then, 3 day I wake up sharp with tons of energy. You won’t need coffee every day. I also believe you don’t need more than 3 days for weight loss. Shorter fast are easier to handle. Also, pick days that you might be home because you can literally choose how to spend your time. I go through phases, I might choose to stay home and do nothing or stay busy with walking around or working on projects at home. The beauty of fasting is that you can tailor it to your needs.
