Iβm 21F, 4β9 and 107LBS (or 147cm, 48.7kg)
Recently Iβve noticed that Iβve gotten more tired when fasting?? I drink a ton of water and I can deal with the hunger but the tiredness is terrible. I had to stop my 19 hour fast at 18hr 32mins (which.. Honestly is quite good already but still ππ) because if I didnβt eat something I would have fell asleep during work. Any advice/explanation / tips? Much appreciated!
Malnourished most likely. You absolutely need to hit protein goals for your body within your eating window or your body will revolt during the fast. You need to supplement electrolytes like potassium, magnesium for sure and possibly sodium if your diet is low on salt. Consider consulting a nutritionist on what your body would need as you are already small so hard to go by a standard rdv.
