Intrermitten Dry Fasting (18:6/20:4/22:2 etc) for fat loss specifically

Sorry about the title. I just saw the spelling error.

Hey guys, I’ve used the search function but can’t seem to find any clear cut responses/experiences to the above

So I’m just wondering is a daily 18-20-22 hour dry fast effective for fat loss? I guess it would basically be Dry Omad. I thought lots of people would be into this protocol but it doesn’t seem I can find the answer I’m looking for or atleast any experiences from people who have done this.

Would love to hear reports from people who have done this version of dry fasting for a period of time and their results in terms of fat loss specifically.

Thanks!

Answer

I’ll try and test it on myself.
Your weight will fluctuate a lot but I think the trend will be almost the same as OMAD, probably a little more weight loss but not a lot.

Also, it really depends on what/how much you eat and the type of diet: being keto will help a lot in not having water retention and so stimulating the water production by the fat cells.
