Answer

If you see fasting as this thing you’re doing right now, you’ll never keep the weight off. You can’t just work through the suffering of fasting until you’re lean and pat yourself on the back. Of you approach it for what it is, a fasting focused lifestyle, where you recognize the fact that convenient modernity has made food addiction a crippling issue in human beings and you are planning to live the rest of your life above that, then keeping the weight off is easy.

There really aren’t two phases, of “weight loss” and “keeping it off.” There’s one phase: “fasting focused lifestyle forever.”

In my opinion once you’re lean you should just swap to OMAD

Answer

I didn’t strictly do snake diet but I fasted regularly until I got to my goal weight. Now i just eat at maintenance whether that’s OMAD or spread throughout the day it doesn’t really matter imo it’s just about your TDEE

Answer

If you got your goal and want come back to standard eating life style you at least have to count your calories or you’ll put everything back with some extra. You can’t do the same and expect different results. Or you keep a fasting lifestyle forever or you balance your diet to fit your new yourself.
