Answer

well it is a habit and the shitty food just tastes really really good, you have to plan your week, like 1 or 2 with tasty food per week won’t make you fat, if you stick to the plan and eat healthy and small the other days

but eating tasty and energy dense just does not work if you do it every day

I swing like 20kg year in and year put between 90kg and 70kg I just hope I can stay around 70 when I make it back down there

Fail to find a system that works for you. Life happens. In those moments, if your systems aren’t in place, you’ll be headed right back to where you started.

Stress and all the other things are hard to overcome. It hits you like a tsunami and you won’t even notice until you’re lile 10lbs+.I would know. Happened to me alot. The wrong people will deter you from your goals too.

When somebody loses weight, a part of your system naturally wants to get back ti where it was. Once you’ve got to a target weight, assuming it’s a healthy weight, then you need to put the same effort into maintaining that level for a while that you put into getting there. Once you establish a new ‘set point’ eventually this will be natural and your body won’t fight your weight loss.

You still need to address your eating and do something different to what got you overweight in the first place, but I think resetting that set point that the body defaults to is a big factor, just needs a little patience and time.

Well done on losing at all and good luck
