leg cramps at night

hello everyone,

i am taking lots of supplements and eating lots of vegetables. I feel like I am doing everything right but still get horrible leg cramps at night which affect my sleep.

i take magnesium and calcium combined before bed.

what more do I need to do to stop this pain?

i think i need to buy an electrolyte powder to drink but which one would work best for my condition?

i believe its a magnesium deficiency but I am taking that.

Answer

Just buy lite salt from the store and that will help with the electrolytes. It should be 50/50 sodium/potassium. Make sure you aren’t drinking any caffeine or other diuretics. For me personally if I drink any coffee at all I will get muscle spasms and cramps regardless of my electrolyte and water intake. Cheers
