No weight loss in the last 2 weeks

I have been doing IF and OMAD for the last year and went from 207lbs to 165lbs. Due to Covid I had to stop fasting for some time and went back to 177lbs. I started fasting again last month and suddenly went down to 172lbs in the first 2 weeks, but since then I haven’t seen any changes. Should I reduce my meal sizes?

Fasting won’t work if you’re not eating less calories per day than you need to maintain your weight. If you haven’t lost weight, you are eating too many calories. Are you accurately counting your calories?

Answer

I am in my first month but so far no changes also but that’s also cuz I haven’t implemented a workout regimen during fasting hours. However, when you did lose weight in the past, did you not track your caloric intake (CICO)? I have been following it but if your CI are higher than CO, that may be the cause?

Answer

Congratulations on all that weight loss, and surviving the pandemic. Way to go. Not losing is better than gaining, and I really would encourage you to mix it up with longer fasts, hydrating, exercise, and please keep posting and asking and learning. My track record is not good, but I trust the process. The process of mixing it up, and attempting a healthy lifestyle, What are you eating?
