Something Stupid I Did

After a 5 day dry fast, I went for a colonic. Now on day 6 i ate some cabbage and chicken and had the most severe lower abdominal pain of my life…

I almost thought it was kidney stones except it’s smack bad in the middle way below my belly button. Considering going to ER but if it’s just my digestive system having an insanely tough time that would so dumb… anybody venture any guesses?

It feels like insanely intense pressure and pain and someone punched me so low in the stomach/colon, close enough to the baby maker.

Will this pass?

I always think a good rule of thumb is after a dry fast follow it with a couple days of water fasting, maybe have some broth or coconut water but nothing solid. But I would go to hospital if it doesn’t ease over the next 24 hours.

I wouldn’t chance anything listen to your body if you think there’s a lot of pressure build up in your lower bowels especially after flushed them with water that can be concerning. If you have good health insurance then just get checked but if not well then it’s always a gamble, I’ve chanced a lot of stuff but was stressful so it’s really your call.

For future reference I believe Dr Filinov (filonov?) said his clinic doesn’t give enemas during dry fasts as it would be toxic for the body. I imagine the same applies here.

Next time probably wait until you’ve rehydrated for a few days before something like this.
